So Young Park is a registered architect in the US and

a founding partner of THE PROJECT, an interdisciplinary practice. THE PROJECT's work expands from public art, interior design to architecture. As a practicing architect, her pursuit is to provide human experience through design. She believes that good design must occur at all scales, from the building to the furniture to the sculpture, and everything in between.

 

Other than professional practice, she is currently teaching architectural design studio at Korea University, and has lectured at Inha University and Incheon National University

in the past.

                                                                                              

She holds a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University, New York. A former principal at the award-winning firm Mesh Architectures in New York, she worked actively between New York and Seoul. Her built work includes high-end residential, innovative workplaces, hospitality and commercial projects in Korea and the US.
